Return and Refund policy
Return Policy
At MegaProductMart, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for returns or refunds.
- To qualify for a return, users must notify us within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.
- Returns must be received by us within 10 days from the delivery date to be processed.
MegaProductMart, reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products. Based on this evaluation, we will either replace or resend the item to the customer.
- If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace and ship the product to the original shipping address, subject to stock availability.
- If the returned product is not defective or damaged, we will notify the user and the product will be shipped back to the original address.
- The user will be responsible for any shipping costs for replacements or reshipping of items.
If the item is out of stock, we will initiate a refund and notify the customer via the registered email address.
Refund Policy
- Only products returned according to the guidelines outlined in our return policy and deemed ineligible for replacement will be eligible for a refund.
- If there is an error in product pricing or information on the website, MegaProductMart may contact the customer for further instructions or cancel the order, refunding any payments already made.
Online Refunds:
- If the payment was made online (via credit card or net banking), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be completed within 2 working days from the refund request.
- Please note that it may take 3-5 additional working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Offline Refunds:
- If the payment was made offline (via COD, cheque, DD, or other offline methods), refunds will be issued through cheque.
- The refund cheque will be sent to the billing address of the original order and processed within 2 working days from the request.
