Cancellation Policy

  • The payment for an order will not be released to the seller until the user confirms receipt of the product by updating the order status to "Delivered" on the website. If the delivery does not occur within the specified timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and for prepaid orders, a refund will be issued to the user.

 

  • In cases where the seller is unable to fulfill the order due to unexpected stock issues or any other reason, the order will be canceled, and the user will be refunded the full amount.

 

  • If the seller marks the order as shipped and delivered, and the user does not raise any concerns within 2 (two) days, the payment for the order will be transferred to the seller.
